Is it worth making a few website improvements or completely redesigning the entire website? Depends...we chose website improvements.
It’s Your Customer’s Website, Not Yours
I am in the process of renewing my fictitious business name and was amazed at the excellent change to our Alameda County Clerk’s website.
Immediately I, that’s I, was asked what I wanted to do. And there it was:
How do I file/apply for…Fictitious Business Name?
And on the main Fictitious Business Name page, the directions were simple and to the point on how to apply.
Very impressive indeed.
We are in the Information Architecture stage of a project right now and having to deal with this same premise – asking the visitors, “What’s In It For Me?“. Knowing this and how the user will access information/data to lead them to their purpose (i.e. to make contact) is the main goal at this stage.
There is a reason why people hire MJS Web Solutions. You’re not just getting a web designer, you’re getting a web architectural firm that will plan and build your website using our proven 5 phase web development plan.
Mike Swartz says, “Check us out!”
Cheers.
