I switched to a large website producer five months ago. They claimed their template sites all the bells and whistles everyone needs on their website. They raved about their customer service.
Well, it didn’t turn out like that! I had to talk with a different person every time I called the company. Everyone I talked with asked at least twice how I spelled my name. There was little coordination between the people I talked with about various details.
The file they kept on my calls was incomplete. In short, it was a bad experience.
I’m very glad to be back with MJS Web Solutions, working directly with Michael Swartz. I returned to MJS because when I call they know my name and things get done.
