A great example of website usability. Instead of a blob of text which I didn't read, now contains a few bullets with a clear short sentence.
I just emailed this to a client of ours and thought everyone should be aware of this. It’s good website usability.
Some tips when adding links to web pages:
- If you’re linking to a PDF, always open the link into a new tab/window AND add ‘(PDF)’ to the end of the link text to indicate to viewers that they’ll be opening a PDF rather than a web page
- Open all external links in a new tab/window
- Open all internal links in same window
